Minigolf designs Ninh Binh driving range

General planning with two main functional areas include the golf driving range and 5-floor hotel zone in which the driving range with total area of 1 hecta is divided into 2 floors with 40 lanes with comfortable space to play golf.

Overall masterplan

The project is located in the city center with favorable economic social conditions, commercial, transportation, people, ... a significant contribution to the development of this noble sport in Ninh Binh.
Currently, MiniGolf Vietnam is implementing to design categories of project:
• The 5-floors hotel S = 400-600 m2
• Restaurant S = 200-300 m2
• Tennis 20 x 40 m
• The service of golf S = 150 m2

• Driving range
• Landscape garden
• Playground
• Auto Garage
• Mo to Garage
• Nets, stakes golf

When the project is completed, it will not only meet the demand for golf services, but also is a motivation for the development of golf in the province and other provinces across the country.

In addition to the items included are a combination hotel, restaurant, tennis courts, entertainment zones. Where promised when completed will become a luxury resort of Ninh Binh city.
